We, (SRP ENTERTAINMENT Co.), will meet or beat any legitimate professional Wedding package price provided by a reputable entertainment company, and provided they are offering the same services and with the same level of expertise.This stipulation specifically requires comparable equipment, insurance, equivalent hardware, options, and talent with the same years of experience. **Companies quoting prices far below the "norm" in the industry are excluded from a legitimate source for comparison and this offer, as well as companies that have been in business less than (10) years.Start up inexperienced companies or hobbyists, (your first cousin's best friend) does not qualify as professional company, and as such we reserve the right to decline this offer at our sole discretion.

You, (the client) only need to provide us, (SRP ENTERTAINMENT Co.) proof of your best price via faxed, emailed or mailed written contract (complete showing terms, conditions, options and quoted price) from said qualified vendor.
Upon receiving and reviewing said documentation and upon these qualifications being met, we will then offer to meet or beat the price given for same services in writing, subject to availability of talent and equipment as well as schedule.We, (SRP ENTERTAINMENT Co.) reserve the right to substitute package options in lieu of cash discount to meet the offer price.Once the client receives the quote in writing and submits a deposit according to the terms and conditions of the contract provided by SRP ENTERTAINMENT Co., the price quoted will stand and will not go up unless the client requires a change of contract with additional services/options requested.Those services will be billed additionally to the contract at the regular rate for each option or service and a supplemental contract issued showing the additional services.No further discounts will apply.
Cancellation of a contract with this offer on the part of and by the client prior to fulfillment by SRP ENTERTAINMENT Co., will be subject to the standard cancellation policy outlined in the contract, and does not in any way change the terms and conditions of the standard SRP ENTERTAINMENT Co. contract.
This offer applies to job quotes in the state of Pennsylvania only and within 25 miles of the SRP Entertainment Co. offices.
** SRP Entertainment Co. reserves the right to make this decision base on current market value of said services and the average pricing for the past (18) months from the date of the offer.
